Calibre Post Acute is located in beautiful Las Cruces, New Mexico, just minutes from Mountainview Regional Hospital. Our facility offers a home-like environment, a serene and enclosed courtyard and private and semi-private rooms for long term or short-term care.
Once you arrive, a multidisciplinary team will be there to meet your every need. Our team of professionals will be involved in resident centered care through regular care conferences, physician coordination and preparations for future care needs.
We are the only nursing home in the city of Las Cruces to have an onsite respiratory therapist.
